York Woman’s Ongoing Battle with Brain Injury, Over Two Decades after Car Accident

1998 The Press horrifying car crash left then 20-year-old Carol Laycock severe head injuries. Carol was later found severely disabled and is now intent on promoting brain injury support group Café Neuro York. Café Neuro York was founded by neuro psychologist Diana Toseland, providing peer support and help for people with neurological conditions.
