York Dungeons on Clifford Street reopens after being affected by flooding

The York Dungeon had to close twice this week due to rising River Ouse levels after Storm Henk. The attraction reopened on Friday, January 5th, as the river levels dropped, and the Environment Agency expects the trend to continue. The York Dungeon, located on Clifford Street, showcases the city’s history with actors depicting scenes. Despite the reopening, flood warnings are still in place for certain areas along the River Ouse and the Environment Agency advises against using low-lying footpaths or driving through flood water.
