North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information about an incident outside York Hospital on November 24th. A nurse was approached by a man whose behavior caused distress and fear, leading members of the public to feel unsafe. The police are trying to identify the man and locate any witnesses who may have more details. They have been investigating since the end of November, but progress has been limited.
